Everyone wants to work with someone who has a proven track record. For those people who have made successful trades with TROPTIONS, they simply do not have the time to train and develop those who are asking questions, trying to resolve doubts and questions, and then turning over a deal in quick order.
As our experienced members already know, success didn't come neatly wrapped and ready to assemble. They had some major hurdles to overcome and had to miss out on a lot of trades before finding the ones that were willing to accept TROPTIONS. Simply stated, there is no set of instructions or cookbook for how to be a success with TROPTIONS, and that news may be hard for most people to swallow.
Unless you are a proven commodity with experience behind you, the process simply takes time and determined confidence.
However, if you have made it through the TROPTIONS Training, and participated in the Wednesday Zoom calls, you may be ready to work with a TROPTIONS mentor.
Narrow down the deals you believe you can actually accomplish. If you like cars, boats, and motorcycles and have connections in that community; you may make that your point of entry. You may prefer real estate, jewelry, or commercial property.
Mentors are assigned so we can maximize their time and talent. So, please follow the system we offer to find and connect to a mentor. This makes life a lot simpler for everyone but avoids the challenge of responding to twenty calls a day because someone has a question. You will learn about the Mentor assigning in our Wednesday night calls. This is why Step #1 and Step #2 are so very important to an organized program that serves everyone with limited human resources.
Finally, as you will learn, there is an Open Door for a few enterprising people who want to build a TROPTIONS network as a Certified TROPTIONS Trainer and set the stage for the Xctra Xchange when Phase Two and Three roll out. This will be a rare opportunity to participate in a much larger campaign that is happening in 2022. For those who have been waiting for TROPTIONS to take off, 2022 should be an amazing year. By establishing a working network in your area as a Certified TROPTIONS Trainer, you position yourself for the center position then Phase Two happens.
